The Forge Initiative (“TFI”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information when you use the TFI Member Portal.

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, and household details you provide when creating or updating your member profile
• Authentication data: login method (Google or magic link email), session tokens managed securely by Supabase
• Membership data: membership tier, status, household members, and waiver completion records
• Payment information: billing records managed by Stripe; TFI does not store raw card numbers
• Usage data: basic access logs for security and troubleshooting

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Manage your membership account and household
• Process membership dues and renewals
• Send transactional communications (sign-in links, receipts, important notices)
• Maintain membership records in our Salesforce CRM
• Comply with legal and organizational obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

The Portal relies on the following trusted third-party services:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• Google— optional OAuth sign-in; subject to Google's Privacy Policy
• Stripe— payment processing; subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy
• Salesforce — CRM and membership record management

Each provider has its own privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us; note that some records may be retained as required by law or organizational policy.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure session management, and password-free authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we strive to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information in your member profile
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of non-transactional communications

8. Children's Privacy

The Portal is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Household member data for minors is collected solely for membership management purposes under the oversight of a parent or guardian account holder.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the Portal. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
