Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TFI Member Portal (“the Portal”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal. These terms apply to all members, administrators, and visitors.

2. Eligibility

The Portal is intended for current and prospective members of The Forge Initiative (“TFI”). You must provide accurate information when creating or updating your account. Membership accounts are personal and non-transferable.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. TFI uses password-free authentication via magic links and Google Sign-In. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at connections@theforgeinitiative.org.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Portal for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another member's account or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Portal's operation
• Submit false or misleading information

5. Membership and Payments

Membership dues and fees are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize TFI to charge the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Membership benefits are subject to change with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on the Portal are the property of The Forge Initiative. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

7. Termination

TFI reserves the right to suspend or terminate Portal access for any member who violates these Terms or whose membership has lapsed. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Portal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. TFI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal.

9. Changes to These Terms

TFI may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email when possible.
